  Just received a visit from 2 Elders

  the elders did not stay long and it wasn`t an official visit sanctioned by the boe/cobe because they were not from my (ex)congregation.

  we talked a little about my situation and the fact that my wife does not talk to me and how non-scriptural her behavior is.. then they mentioned the rc and how it was the best convention for the last 20 years.

  one thing they did mention was the fact that the borg was clearly preparing them for persecution.

  Why do witnesses say that about the conventions being better than the last.

  I know, for a fact, that this years was more shit, than say, 10 years ago. At least 10 years ago it resembled the religion i got baptized it.

  how great to see amiii stating @ tv.jw.org that the watchtower society was the first institution addressing child abuse in a time others were naive about this typical behavior of gay's.

  the 1982 awake magazine is such a spectacular example about adressing the problem that they decided to erase it from their digital archives.

  will amiii tell the judge that "watchtower" has not any control about him?

  i noticed that anthony morris iii just said on the broadcast: "while we cannot control everything that an individual might say, it is clear that over the decades protecting children from abuse is a top priority for this organization.".

  Are JWs trying to make dysfunctional kids and destroy their ability to live normal lives?

  are jws trying to make dysfunctional kids that wont "fit" in normal society so they will "return to jehovah"?

  because there have been many stories about young people who have been out in the world only to find how bad it was and how correct the org was.. a good jw kid with "good" jw parents will have many big issues, some examples:.

  fear of demons (fear, misfit).

  Although by doing this, they are going to alienate every couple over 40 who are childless...And every single person, and everyone who has had kids leave the "truth".

  was talking to an ex-bethelite who is still very well-connected to those in the ivory tower.. he says that there will soon be a(nother) large number of us bethelites who will be "reassigned to the field" as pioneers and special pioneers.. he did not give his source, but he is pretty reliable.

  incidentally, he was "reassigned to the field" in the last big purge about 7 years ago.. i imagine those so reassigned would be pretty teed off.

  let go just before the golden lakeshore palace was completed..

  It's hard to feel any compassion for those kicked to the curb.

  My feeling is that these "Bethel Brothers" think they will be an exception, that they will rise through the ranks and they will be indispensable.

  The graveyards are full of indispensable people.

  I wonder if there will be a higher up dissenter because of this?

  It will piss people off.

  Also, the JWs in bethel are more media/technology savvy than they were 7 years ago.

  Just thoughts.
